Just thought I would leave a note as it has been 5 years since I was at Holly Spring as a sudent but now I've nearly finished my GCSES.
I was looking at the site and thought how nice it was to still see some of the old pictures on there of when I and the rest of my year were in the school. It was reallly nice to see what we all looked like and to where we've come from to where we are now.

Very old photographs are under - About Us - Learn About Our School - Holly Spring History - but these are from the 1960s/1970s rather than a couple of years ago. Photographs from previous Osmington Bay trips are still on the website as are some older photographs in the Hall of Fame. Hope that helps.

I am an ex student who left in 1993 for Garth Hill School.

The website looks great - a lot better than some other educational establishment websites I have seen, and having had a quick look at some of the pictures, memories are flooding back. It is simple to use and has a much deeper content than most websites.

If any of my old teachers still glance on here from time to time, my best wishes to them all. A particular thank you to Miss Thomas who fueled my interest the fantasy genre with her wonderful telling of JRR Tolkien's 'The Hobbit'.

It remains a favourite book of mine and has inspired much of my social life playing games like Warhammer and Dungeons and Dragons-through which I have made many friends.

Good gracious! Its been a while since I checked out this website! Wow! Its been about 2 years since I left Holly Spring, and I miss it! Its different at Secondary School, but its awesome, and I love it. Its so funny to think about how the little Year 4's I knew to know, are now in Year 6! Its so weird!
I really miss Holly Spring sometimes, even though I was only there for a year. I made some good friends and I had some amazing teachers and staff that I think I was pretty lucky to have.
I'm doing well and my life's going okay, I miss the good old HS days though!

Everyone is probably sad that Miss Hull is leaving. It is going to be like when Mrs Crew left. Every one in 4H is going to miss her. She was nice and funny. I'm Daniella's friend I'm in year 9 like her she told me to come on here. I used to go to Holly Spring up to the end of year three. I was in Mrs Watson's class she's the only teacher left from when I was there. It looks like the school has remained similar but improved since I was there.
